Founder and Chancellor

Miss Shawndria
Shawndria Dennison is from Gainesville, Fl. Shawndria was born into a powerful bloodline. She is the daughter of the late Bishop Larry and Shepherd Mother Margaret Dennison. Shawndria is a preacher’s daughter and very active in her parents’ ministry. Shawndria attends the greatest church on this side of heaven, Compassionate Outreach Ministries in Gainesville, Fl. Shawndria has been working with the youth in her church and the community for over 20 years. Shawndria has worked in the private and public school system.

Our faculty is composed of highly educated professionals who embody the values we instill in our students. They are more than teachers; they are mentors, role models, and leaders who support students’ academic journeys and personal growth.
Each educator at High-class Educated Role Models® Academy is committed to inspiring a love for learning, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering a growth mindset. Our faculty includes specialists across various disciplines, all dedicated to delivering a comprehensive and enriching educational experience.



Margaret Dennison
Pastoral Principal
Pastor Margaret Dennison received Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and experienced baptism with the Holy Spirit during her teen years. She was married to the Late Founding Bishop Larry J. Dennison for forty years. She worked side by side with Bishop Dennison in Ministry until the Lord called him home. She is the mother of two beautiful children, Shawndria and Jonathan Dennison, and one grandchild, Jada Destiny Dennison, who is her heart. Pastor Margaret Dennison received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Edward Waters College, with a minor in psychology. She taught in the Alachua County School System for over 20 years and also taught at the Juvenile Detention Center for Girls. She was the former principal of Compassionate Outreach Ministries Christian Academy for many years until it closed. She is a member of the Association for Couples in Marriage Enrichment and serves as Counselor and Mentor for Pastor’s Wives, Coordinator for Women’s Retreats, Women’s Conferences, and Teen Girls Retreats. Pastor Dennison has a sincere passion for children and a strong desire to see all children succeed. She was ordained as Shepherd Mother of Compassionate Outreach Ministries in May 2018. She was also licensed and ordained as an Elder in August 2018. Pastor Margaret Dennison was publicly and officially installed as Senior Pastor of Compassionate Outreach Ministries in June 2019. Pastor Margaret Dennison above everything else, desires to please God and fulfill the plan and purpose He has called her into in this season.
Sharonda Turner
Director of Operations
Sharonda Turner, married for over 20 years and mother of a young adult daughter. I have 30 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, children, and youth. I am a former Childcare Director. I am currently a Paraprofessional. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, eating really good foods, traveling, and relaxing.
Dr. Allyson Copeland
Deputy of Education
Dr. Allyson Copeland is a Senior Learning and Performance Designer for a fortune 100 global enterprise. She holds a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction and specializes in leadership and performance learning architecture. Dr. Copeland has published several articles on the importance of thoughtful and measurable curriculum design. She serves as programs and projects chair for a local non-profit where she manages operations and secures grant funding. Dr. Copeland maintains adjunct faculty status at two Universities where she teaches sociology and instructional design. Her greatest accomplishment is being a wife to her husband Jim, and a mother of five.

Naeema Britton
Counselor of Students & Directors
Naeema Britton, MS, LMHC, LMFT, NCC CEO of Chocolate Girls, Chocolate Girls & More, and Britton Clinical Services
Co-CEO of The Compassionate Carer Naeema brings over 10 years of experience in higher education, mentoring, and counseling. She is a licensed mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist for a college with core competencies in active listening, advocacy, psychoeducation, and organization. She is also a serial entrepreneur in mental health, caregiving support, mentorship, and wellness. She has strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with a team, and supports diverse populations. Naeema is currently a counselor for college students ranging in age 15 and up. She brings compassion, patience, dedication, and care to her role. She believes that the overall wellness of others is integral to their success and survival. She utilizes these values as an entrepreneur focusing on the mentorship of young ladies ages 8 and up, promoting self-care and wellness, and speaking and teaching on mental health, self-care, and wellness. Naeema enjoys anything related to true crime, gardening, interior design, and graphic design. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, spending time with friends, and trying new foods. She is also a full-time caregiver for her mother.
Cassandra Jenkins
Director of Care Services for Students & Families
My name is Cassandra Rena Jenkins. I’m a mother, and one of my proudest accomplishments is my daughter. I’m a student in pursuit of a degree in social work. With an academic focus on behavioral health; I’ve taken a special interest in child psychology. I’ve learned many things from parenthood; children are unique individuals with their own interpretations of the world. I have an absolute gratitude and appreciation for children. “Being different is one of the most beautiful things on Earth”.
Ayisha Deloatch
Director of Teaching, Learning, & Assessment
Ayisha Deloatch is the CEO and Founder of A. Deloatch Learning Solutions LLC. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter, a published author, and an educator. Born and raised in Miami, Fl, Ayisha excelled in education. After graduating high school, she attended The University of Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Anthropology in 2011. She soon found her calling as a teacher when she got accepted into Teach For America in 2014. In order to master her craft, she enrolled in a Master of Education program at Johns Hopkins University where she graduated in December 2016. For 8 years, Ayisha has served in the classroom teaching students from 7th grade to 2nd grade. During the pandemic, she was afforded the opportunity to mentor students and adults alike in various topics including how to use different learning management systems and web conferencing tools such as Zoom. Ayisha loves helping others succeed and looks forward to continuing to serve her community the best way she can.
Ronald Wiley
Director of Arts & Community Engagement
For over 20 years, Ronald Wiley has enjoyed being a hands-on member of the community. As a Gainesville native, he attended the legacy named Gainesville High School and life’s journey took him to culminate his early education at Homea Path High School in South Carolina. As years passed, he nurtured his quest to meet the needs of the community by attending mortuary school in 1994. While serving communities in Georgia, he entered another passion for service by becoming a United Airlines Flight Attendant in 2007. While enjoying his career of flying, he joined another level of service by becoming a substitute teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools for ten years. In 2019, he was recognized for his leadership and mentoring by receiving the honor of, Substitute of the Year. Life’s transitions took Ronald on a journey of funeral home ownership and a move back to his roots in Florida where it all started with education and the community. Ronald enjoys a passion for artistic expression through planning and designing for clients on their various special occasions. Ronald is excited to be an asset to the growth and success of H.E.R Academy.
